Full Custom Attire: Returns are not accepted on full custom attire. However, at Alden Customs we pride ourselves on the quality of our product and customer service. We are happy to work with you should you be dissatisfied with your garment. Please contact us immediately should your garment not exceed your expectations- or have issues with fit. We will do our best to find a remedy to the issue, However we are not liable for drastically improper measurements taken by yourself, or others.

Deposits are non-refundable, as materials are purchased on the customers behalf and cannot be returned. Should client abandon items after deposit is paid, or not pay remaining balance within (6) weeks of completion, Alden Customs shall resell the item to recoup remaining costs and labor. Custom apparel agreement is considered void due to lack of payment.

Consignment & Ready to Wear Apparel: We do our best to describe each item as thoroughly and accurately as possible, however we understand that items may not fit the way you would like or look different in person. For your convenience we allow returns within (1) week from delivery date. After one week, items are not eligible for return. Once Alden Customs has received the item back, and the item is inspected for any damages, you will receive a full refund minus shipping. In the event of damages or visible use of wear is shown, a determination of value will be discussed and damages recouped from deposit before refunding remainder of clients deposit. We encourage you to contact us with any additional questions prior to purchasing!

 

A return label will be supplied to you upon purchase- however should you lose label, please return the item(s) to Alden Customs via a reputable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS and notify us at info@aldencustoms.com of the tracking number. Please fully insure package for the full purchase price of garment(s) for the return trip back for your protection, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages and without insurance you will be held liable for cost.

Sample Sale: *All items in the sample sale are sold as is, off label and final sale. Not eligible for return.
